Shipping: All orders for in-stock or pre-made items will be shipped within two days of receiving. Standard, priority and overnight shipping is available.

Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit/Bank Card, American Express, or Discover.

Refunds: Hair care products i.e. (tape, clips, liquids) will be accepted for full refund or exchange if returned within 15 days of receiving.

Hair Replacements (partial replacements to full wigs):

• Custom orders will carry a 6 month guarantee for manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified.
• Pre-made replacements will be accepted for store credit.

Hair cut or worn replacements will be accepted for a 50% refund under approval of management. Of course trying on item is permitted.
